Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to Charter Academy and Charter Career.

The 14-day cancellation right

Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and get a full refund, no reason needed.

Both Charter Academy and Charter Career give you immediate access to the full programme the moment you complete your purchase — including partner discount codes, which are issued instantly and can't be revoked once sent. By purchasing, you're asking us to give you that access straight away, before the 14-day period ends, and you agree that doing so means you lose the right to cancel for a change of mind.

Your statutory rights aren't affected

Losing the change-of-mind cancellation right doesn't touch your other rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the programme is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, we'll fix it or, where a fix isn't possible, refund the appropriate amount — regardless of anything above.

Charter Academy

Beyond your statutory rights above, Charter Academy is sold without a change-of-mind refund once access begins.

Charter Career

Beyond your statutory rights above, Charter Career includes a completion-backed guarantee: complete Modules 1–4 and evidence your outputs in the Unified Career Tracker within 90 days of purchase, and if you haven't got results, you're entitled to a refund. Full guarantee terms are in the FAQs.

This guarantee sits on top of your statutory rights — it doesn't replace or limit them.

How to request a refund

Email haaris@chartermastery.com with your order confirmation — and for the Charter Career guarantee, your UCT evidence. I read and respond to these myself, so allow a few days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
