1. Who we are Charter Academy is operated by H Zamir Limited (“we,” “us”). By purchasing Charter Academy, you (“you,” “the customer”) agree to these Terms.

2. What you’re buying Charter Academy is a digital study methodology programme providing access to instructional content, a study system, and associated resources as described on the sales page at time of purchase. Charter Academy does not provide CFA curriculum content — you’ll need a separate prep provider (e.g. Mark Meldrum, IFT, AnalystPrep) for that.

3. Pricing and payment Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will not be charged more than the amount shown at checkout.

4. Access and delivery On successful payment, you will be provisioned a secure individual account and invited by email to set your own password, typically instantly and no later than 48 hours from purchase. Access is delivered via a private, login-gated platform for your personal use only. Login credentials are unique to you and must not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the purchasing individual. Unauthorised account sharing may result in access being revoked without refund.

5. Cancellation and refunds Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital content purchases. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the platform and exclusive discount codes, and acknowledge that once access is granted, you lose your right to cancel under these Regulations. Because full programme access and exclusive discount codes are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. This is stated clearly on the sales page prior to purchase.

6. Acceptable use Access is licensed to you individually via unique login credentials. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your account or any programme materials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Intellectual property All content, materials, branding, and methodology within Charter Academy remain the intellectual property of H Zamir Limited. No licence is granted beyond personal, non-transferable use of the materials for your own study.

8. No guaranteed outcomes Charter Academy provides a study methodology. We do not guarantee any specific exam result, pass rate, or outcome. Past results (including the founder’s own) are not indicative of individual results, which depend on individual effort and circumstances.

9. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for Charter Academy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Complaints If you have a complaint, contact haaris@chartermastery.com and we’ll aim to respond within 3 business days.

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
